Transforming the way you see yourself one post-it note at a time
Reading these helped me to de-stress today.
I have a monologue I need to present tomorrow (20% of my final grade), and I’ve been getting really anxious about it. I realized that no matter how I do tomorrow, it’s only a few minutes out of my life and one grade, and if I do awfully, I can always try another monologue next year.
