Post-It Phrase of the Day: “When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.”

Meghan wrote, “On Thursday, September 27th, a group of young women from Kappa Delta Sorority at the University of Pittsburgh (Xi Chapter) hosted an Operation Beautiful campus event. Each September, every chapter of Kappa Delta holds an event in honor of International Women’s Friendship Month. The events vary, but are all intended to inspire women, promote confidence, and encourage a positive self-image. This year, the sisters of Xi Chapter came together to write hundreds of inspirational messages on post-it notes. The messages ranged from "You are gorgeous!" to "Work it girlfriend!" The members then broke up into teams in a mission to cover the campus with these positive messages. The notes were put on mirrors, in bathroom stalls, and on doors throughout the university. The goal was to make girls and women remember how special, unique, and beautiful they are each and every day!”
