Tuesday Notes – April 4, 2016

Stephanie wrote, “I wanted to take a minute to share with you what a positive impact Operation Beautiful has had on the women of Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center. As part of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, our residents created post-it notes filled with positive messages, affirmations and words of encouragement to create positive self dialogue. The post-its continue to hang all over campus on entry ways, mirrors and doors that provide a reflection. I hear feedback on how beneficial it has been to see a positive message when judgments come up while looking at their reflection. Our residents want to continue to use the post-its after their time in treatment at TK.”
