I always feel so much better when I come to operation beautiful at lunchtime. Yesterdau I posted up some “before” pics on my blog – i.e. how I look now at the start of exercising more (scary stuff – and I thought my tummy looked awful!) However, Operation beautiful lets me know that I am enough – even if I dont tone up or drop lbs.
