Maddy wrote, “I live in Australia and I have been known to have low self-esteem and confidence. My friend constantly thinks she’s fat, and I’d like to do something like this to make her feel good. I’m going to leave notes everywhere – including in my
friend’s locker. Oh, and I never took a photo, but on on of the most frequently use round-about near our house, I stuck up a giant piece of card board that read: YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, JUST LOOK IN THE MIRROR. I’ve seen a couple people smiling when they walk past!”

Misty wrote, “I’m seventeen years old. I work at Texas Roadhouse and today at work I found a bunch of post it notes on our mirrors and in the bathroom stalls. I thought it was very inspiring. I have never heard of anything like this before and it’s really cool.”
Ashley wrote, “I posted this on a bathroom mirror at work hoping it would make somebody’s rainy day a little brighter!”

Taylor wrote, “I went to the library yesterday to pick up a book, and a note fell out. It said "You are beautiful." It just put a smile on my face. A lot of women, and a lot of teenage girls have lost sight of what is important. It makes me sad when I see girls walking around my high school with makeup caked on, fake tans, tight revealing clothes…Self esteem wavers a lot throughout high school and I just wish girls would realize how beautiful they were. It doesn’t matter how much you weigh, or what clothes you wear. Natural beauty is key and all women should love themselves just the way they are.”
