Post-It Phrase of the Day: "Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will.”
Ellen wrote, “I actually had not heard of Operation Beautiful before, but my roommates and I had already sort of started our own mini Operation Beautiful just within our apartment, where we all wrote each other little notes to brighten our days, and taped them to our bathroom mirror and our bedroom doors. It has made such a huge difference in my life, when I’m feeling down I read the notes and it puts a smile on my face.”
Angel found this on the lab table:
Briea wrote, “Someone wrote they would never be pretty and this was the response they got. This is on a stall in the girls’ bathroom at my school. Everyone writes encouraging things on the inside of the door.”
Marandi wrote, “Some 6th grade students at Fire Prairie Middle School participated in Operation Beautiful. They loved it and we plan to do it again and again and again!”
Wynter wrote, “I found this note in the bathroom of my high school. I was so deeply touched. I felt like they were trying to tell me something, like, "Keep holding your head high. Everything will turn out fine."”
Nicole sent in this note, which was left near the girls’ sink.
