Hello!
I saw a post-it with your message on it at my gym today in Indiana! I will have to send you a picture of it (on my phone now). I was going to workout longer but thought about the amazing person I was and the amazing person who put that up!
HOORAY SHANNON! You did GREAT! [i told you that you wouldn’t come in last 😉 ] I hope to see you at some more capital district races in the future- maybe you can wear your own Operation Beautiful note to encourage the other runners, too!
