Send your own Operation Beautiful Note to Caitlin at [email protected], and it will be posted on the site. If you have a blog, be sure to include a link!  It takes about three weeks for a photograph to show up on the site, so be patient! :)

Write a motivating note on a post it and put it up in a public place— such as on a bathroom mirror, in the gym locker room, or even on a random car’s windshield.  If you want, you can write the web address www.OperationBeautiful.com on the bottom so other women can find the site!

Tell a girl she is pretty, she will believe it for a moment; tell a girl she’s ugly, she will believe it for a lifetime. I don’t know where I heard this, but I find it so true. I love Operation Beautiful because it gives everyone these happy moments that, I hope, will someday outweigh the negative comments. I put around ten post-its at my school and they were gone in less than three hours! 😀 I love you! <3

My daughter has imbraced Operation Beautiful the last few years. It has been wonderful to watch her Post notes everywhere. She wants to inspire kids at school so she is doing operation beautiful at school in hopes it catches on. There are too many kids being bullied with low-self esteem that turn to cutting. My daughter has been there done that and now wants to reach out and help others feel like they belong cause they do. Thank you Caitlin Boyle for inspiring my daughter!

I found a note in my high school bathroom that said something about weight doesn’t matter, right after I was changing into my cheer uniform and thinking I needed to be skinner like the other cheerleaders.

A few friends and I were at the counselors office in school today. We started talking about operation beautiful. She did a wonderful job of explaining it. She even gave us our own post-it notes to start posting them around the school. Mine is on the office restroom mirror. It says “There’s a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in :)” I

A few friends and I were at the counselors office and she introduced us to Operation Beautiful. She gave us all our own set of Post-It notes to start anonymously putting them around the school. My first one was in the office restroom on the mirror. It says “There’s a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in :)” I would like a few suggestions for these because it is so much fun to watch everyone’s reactions. Have a mice day everyone :)

I was in my room one night and I was thinking about how much I hated myself. I didn’t want to do anything I was going to regret, so I opened my recently bought book from Barnes and Nobles. I reached page 165 and there’s a blue sticky note. “Love yourself! <3" I cried. Thank you so much, you don't understand how much this means to me.
