  1. Operation Beautiful is such a terrific idea. I love how you have implemented it. We do spend so much time worrying about the wrong kind of beauty. True beauty is in a beautiful heart. Your message has made me feel uplifted today, and I will do what I can to pass on this important message.

  2. Today wasn’t a good day for me. Jenn Yates on Epbot challenged all her readers to turn a bad day into a B.A.D. (Blogger Appreciation Day)! I just wanted to tell everyone that the notes on Operation Beautiful make me feel as uplifted, if not more, than the ones I post. So thank you, Caitlin, for starting this, and everyone else on this misson for posting your notes! I think we ALL need to hear that we’re beautiful, even if we are participating in the mission.

So, to everyone reading this: You are beautiful just the way you are! You are enough.

  3. I had 500 business cards printed up which say,

    “You are a beautiful person!
I appreciate who you are & what you do.
    You make a difference in
    someone’s life…
    You’re important and loved!
Someone see who you are inside and
wants to be just like you some day.
    Believe in yourself…
    I believe in you!
    Have a wonderful day!”

I gave half to my daughter, and my 4 year old granddaughter was delighted to hand out “smiles” to everyone she met! Today I’ll teach elementary school students in a quilting class and will be giving them each a couple to pass on to other people…what a rush!
