Transforming the way you see yourself one post-it note at a time

My two daughters aged 9 and 12 have had fun making their own Operation Beautiful notes. Apart from being fun I truly believe it has sown the seeds in their growing minds that we are not to judge/be judged by looks alone.
I told my best friend about Operation Beautiful, and we were so excited about posting our first Post-It notes in the girls’ washroom at our middle school. A teacher gave us detention for “defacing” the room. ): This year, we’re going to go to high school and try it again, though (:
I told a beautiful little girl how gorgeous she was, and she smiled. It made us both feel happy. 😀
Awesome!
I know that we’re all for staying the way we are, but you could change the message a little for a future Post-it to something like,
‘I’m proud to be curvy — even my body is smiling.”

That’s awesome. As for your question, I told my brother who’s a week younger than me. (We’re twins) Does that count?
i told my younger brother and he thinks men need to feel beautiful too. he’s making it a personal mission to spread the word to all men!!
