Transforming the way you see yourself one post-it note at a time
Saw this on the Today Show. How amazing! Can’t wait to leave my first note 🙂
i love this i love the one bout the scale i love that and it is true
Near the end of the school year, I finally got the courage to post a few OB notes in one of the bathrooms at my school, and several in the stairwell. Later that day, I heard a few students talking about it. One of them mentioned how sweet it was, but the other said it was stupid.
It shouldn’t have shaken my resolve, but it did, and I haven’t gotten the courage to post any more, because of that one small comment. Just goes to show how fragile self-esteem is.
I don’t know if this is going to make a difference, but I really think you should try again. Don’t think about the negative people out there. You won’t always be able to change their minds.. You can help someone that is feeling down though. Just think about the person that said it was sweet. Or about someone who would have smiled at it. Sometimes people are insecure and don’t say what they really feel inside. Be the change you want to see in people. Have faith, courage, and a strong will. Just know that I’m rooting for you. Much love! – Aimee.
P.S. Having the courage to put any up at all is amazing. You give me hope. 🙂 Stay strong!
