Transforming the way you see yourself one post-it note at a time
I’m working from home today. . . and I randomly turned on the TV just to have some company. . .what was the first thing I heard? OPERATION BEAUTIFUL on the Nate Berkus Show. I had no idea he even had a show! He gave the entire audience sharpies and post-its! Super exciting! Yay!
Random fact: I’ve followed your HTP blog since the first year. This is the first time I’ve ever posted, I think. I don’t have time to read blogs daily, but I make sure to catch up on my faves each month on lazy days. Sometimes a couple of months go by, and I savor yours like a yummy treat! I feel like we’re cyber soul sistas. HA!
YAY 🙂 Thank you!
What I use as an “internet post-it”. 🙂
a couple months ago my sisters and i and a couple of friends went to a superchick concert at east juniata high school in pa. they introduced us to operation beautiful and we have been major particiapents in what you do. recently my 13 year old sister was check in to a pshyc hospital. she was cutting her wrist and even tried commit suicide. when we realized how bad my sister felt about her self we really decided to get involved. my sisters and i are very close. and when this happened. we needed to let her know that she was beautiful and smart and an amazing girl. we made her a huge poster that said Smile, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! And my sister now feels a hundred times better. and knows how beautiful and wonderful she really is. i will post a picture on asap. i love what you do. and me and my sisters love what we do.
