Eva wrote, “I always struggled with body image. I sometimes have to force feed myself. I am crazy about my weight. I was bullied for being chubby when I was younger. I was also called ugly and other things. It takes a toll on your self esteem. I am fighting through it with my amazing boyfriend. I left a note at my high school because a lot of girls go through similar problems. I left it in the mirror that most girls look in (right by the hand dryer). I regret not being able to send a picture. But just know that I saw a girl walk in and wash her hands. She then looked in that mirror and read my note. I saw her face light up and I never felt better. I saw her later and she was still smiling the same gorgeous smile. It saved me in countless ways and it helped make me a better person.”
Julie wrote, “I found this sticky note in a Chapters bathroom as I was walking out the door. It sure made me smile.”
