  1. Hey Caitlin, I need some help! I’m 15, female, 5’7″ and 140lb. I want to have a “fit” body and I want to be healthy in my weight. I enjoy walking and water. I don’t know exactly what to do in Cardio? I have no gyms near by me and I’m home schooled. Should I do some sit-ups to have a flatter belly? Thanks!

    1. Yay, fitness! You might want to pick up a magazine like Runner’s World and using some of the strength-training workouts in there!
